“By expanding the team and the infrastructure of ERIN into the EMEA region, we can ensure that all of our international customers, big and small, will have a great and secure experience using our platform,” said CEO Mike Stafiej. “We’re very excited to work with Tess as she leads the charge on the next phase of our international strategy”.
As Managing Director Tess will be a driving force in ERIN’s EMEA expansion. Tess has been innovating in the Talent Acquisition space for almost 20 years, with experience across multiple industries and in numerous transformation and change management leadership roles. Recently, Tess has overseen Talent Acquisition globally for a Fortune 500 company and has provided consulting focused on talent-centric solutions.
“Erin supports organizations in three critical areas – to source top talent, mobilize internal talent and raise brand awareness. Organizations that focus today on these levers as core to their talent strategy will be the organizations of tomorrow. Across my career, in both consulting and leadership positions, I have witnessed first-hand the power of referrals – for hiring managers, recruiters, and job seekers. Erin brings this power to organizations in a cost-effective, simple, automated, integrated technology that is easy to implement and easy to adopt. For these reasons, and more, I am thrilled to join the Erin team and to drive its growth across the EMEA region.”

Joining Tess to drive growth across the EMEA Region are Tom Murphy, Sales Executive ERIN EMEA, and Leon Randall, Sales Development ERIN EMEA. ERIN plans to continue to expand the EMEA team.
Following the announcement, Tess shared her thoughts on the appointment and the journey into HR technology:
”I am deeply passionate about talent acquisition, the workspace (however and wherever you may define it), and the human experience. I know that technology plays a big role across the entire spectrum and I also know it is both a critical aspect of the future of work AND the work I will ultimately do in the future. This is why today is a really exciting day for me, because today I not only get to continue the evolution of Talent Reimagined and the amazing talent-centric solutions we are developing and implementing with our clients, but I also now get to expand here in the region a technology I believe has carved a new and niche offering in the HR tech space, and one that every organization should have on its radar.
I met Mike Stafiej and the team almost exactly two years ago, assessing them as a potential tech partner for a wider transformation project for a client. It was #techlove at first sight! What struck me about Erin’s functionality was – and is – its ability to provide a simple, automated, easy to implement, easy to integrate, cost-effective technology to support organizations in historically complex yet critical agenda items for any talent strategy – referrals, internal mobility, employee engagement, and branding.
Many of you know and understand the power of referrals. For recruiters, it’s recognized as the top source of hire – with its ability to drive down cost and time, and most importantly, improve the quality of hire to the organization. For managers and HR business partners, a referral into the organization not only means your people are talking about your organization, your culture, are naturally being brand ambassadors and raising brand awareness, but once that hire is in, there is a speed to productivity, greater retention, and stronger cultural alignment in play. Your employees become your recruiters and brand ambassadors – and that’s something that far outweighs any other form of outreach. And for job seekers – it really doesn’t matter how sharp your CV is, how well written your cover letter is, how diligently the application is filled out – a referral, a recommendation, a ‘sponsor’ within the company you’re targeting, will ALWAYS trump an application.
Further to that, as we see a rise in people choosing to ‘re-career’ and make moves in different directions, the importance of a referral into the company only becomes stronger and more critical, especially in the face of future talent and skill shortages. So, needless to say, I feel excited about this path ahead! Mike has developed and continues to evolve an amazing technology, and I’m excited to join him and his superstar team. I am joined here in EMEA by Leon Randall and Tom Murphy who bring an enormous amount of experience with them and I am grateful to have them with me as we get the party started (you’re all invited!)”
Tess will continue in her role as CEO for Talent Reimagined, complementing the organisations consulting services now with a category leading HR technology.
